What is the minimum order quantity? 

We do not have a minimum order quantity to make it both easy and simple to get what you require

What are the delivery costs?

FREE UK Delivery applies after you spend £200 exc. VAT

What is the procedure for placing Export / International orders?

We deliver to UK only, no matter where abouts you are in the UK

My Payment has failed, how do I complete my order?

Please contact sales@leighshop.co.uk. Please ensure that your payment details are correct and we will assist you to complete your order.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

This option is not available on our website, but if for whatever reason you cannot pay by Debit or Credit Card, you can contact sales@leighshop.co.uk and we can arrange a bank transfer payment.

Do you offer credit facilities?

No this is not something we do

How long is my order going to take?

We dispatch all orders by the next working day. Please refer to our delivery page for any more information at: Shipping policy – Leigh Shop 

I wasn't in when you tried to deliver?

We use Parcelforce as our courier service. Any goods that can not be delivered due to not being in will always be tried again, and if still unsuccessful, Parcelforce will let you know the options and what to do next

 

PRODUCT INFORMATION

I would like to order in bulk quantities, what is the procedure for this?

Please order through our website, all stock is tracked so if we don't have something in stock, then the website will let you know. Bulk quantities are available for all products and are at cheaper rate 

I cannot see the product I want on your website. Can you get it for me?

Yes, providing our supplier has it, please contact sales@leighshop.co.uk and we will liaise with our team of buyers to secure the stock required
